Chinese characters have evolved from soft and random hieroglyphics to square and regular glyphs.

This project focuses on the visualisation of the spiritual connection of the Chinese culture of harmonious and gentle salutations, giving more warmth to the modern square printed Chinese characters.

The original Chinese characters were created from visual symbols, and over time and with the development of technology, the characters have become more and more adapted to the needs of print and electronic reading, and their shapes have become more and more simplified and square, slowly losing their original flavour and warmth. This project have rethought the feeling that the salutation gives and extracted nine of these individual characters for visualisation.
